Spring in Utah is pure magic. After the long winter months, everything comes back to life — blossoms bloom, golden grasses glow, and the mountains turn green again. The orchard blossoms in Santaquin are one of the most iconic spring photo locations in Utah County. Rows and rows of white and pink blossoms create the most romantic, storybook setting.
Blossoms usually peak mid-April to early May, depending on the year. The mountains in the background add depth and make this location feel uniquely Utah.

The Great Saltair in Magna, Utah
Saltair is one of the most unique photography locations in Utah. Located on the edge of the Great Salt Lake, it offers wide open skies, reflective water, and glowing sunsets you honestly can’t replicate anywhere else.
In spring, temperatures are comfortable and the lighting is incredible. If you love a mix of modern, airy, and editorial Utah photography, Saltair is a dream.
Golden Fields in Eagle Mountain, Utah
Golden grassy fields in Eagle Mountain look stunning in spring — especially in the evening light. The rolling hills and open landscape create a peaceful, natural backdrop that photographs beautifully.
This location looks pretty much the same all year round and can easily feel different depending on your outfits. It’s simple, timeless, and always beautiful.
Purple Flower fields in Saratoga springs, utah
These purple wildflower fields are such a hidden gem in northern Utah County. When they bloom, the color is vibrant and magical — especially for motherhood and children’s sessions. Spring flowers bring such a playful and whimsical feel that kids naturally respond to.
Cherry Blossoms at the Utah State Capitol in Salt Lake City
Utah State Capitol is famous for its cherry blossom trees in the spring. When they bloom, the grounds turn into a soft pink wonderland with elegant architecture in the background. Peak bloom is usually late March to early April, making this one of the earliest spring photo opportunities in Utah.
